Directing the City Clerk to implement the following: · Only Municipal Council Member vehicles are permitted to park in front of City Hall · All of the old, white and black “Municipal Council / Office of the City Clerk” parking placards must be returned to Greg Dahl · All vehicles in violation, including Council Aides vehicles, will be subject to ticketing and/or towing without exception
