Directing the Administration and the Department of Recreation, Cultural Affairs and Senior Services to provide the Governing Body a breakdown on the proposed expenditures including the Department and type of apparel and/or uniform. Additionally, requesting a breakdown of the total expenditures incurred by the Newark Pop Warner Football Program for the year 2018.
