Application received from New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (“AT&T”) and Cross River Fiber requesting consent from city for public rights-of-way for: 1. AT&T to attach its equipment to existing and new utility poles 2. Cross River Fiber to install fiber and place infrastructure in city’s public right of way on which AT&T will attach its equipment.
