A motion requesting that the Office of the City Clerk invite Dr. Mark Wade, Director, Department of Health and Community Wellness, to discuss the status of the City’s Federally Qualitied Health Center (FQHC), located at the Elizabeth Smith Mahoney Health Facility on William Street, in addition to how the FQHC facility is addressing the homeless crisis in Newark.
