A motion requesting that the Newark Parking Authority suspend its enforcement of alternate side parking regulations during Mayor Ras J. Baraka’s Executive Order requesting that all non-essential businesses close and for residents to shelter in place; further, requesting that all tickets issued during the shutdown (Wednesday, November 25th to December 4th) be dismissed.
