A motion supporting the contract renewal of Mr. Victor Cirilo, current Newark Housing Authority Executive Director, commending him for being proactive in his outstanding efforts in containing the COVID-19 pandemic crisis at Newark Housing Authority senior buildings and complexes, by providing testing and support for its vulnerable residents; in addition to recognizing and commending the strong leadership Mr. Cirilo has provided during his four-year tenure, stabilizing the operations of the Authority and considerably improving the Authority’s substandard rating with the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
