A motion requesting that the Administration and the Office of Inspections and Code Enforcement increase its monitoring and diligence locating and deterring large, single-family homes in the South Ward and properties in the West Ward, particularly in the vicinity of South Ninth Street, being targeted for illegal conversions to transitional housing, boarding homes, rooming houses and other non-conforming uses.
