Effective January 1, 2015, there shall be no increase in the base salary of all employees. 2. Effective January 1, 2016, there shall be no increase in the base salary of all employees. However, all employees who are on the active payroll at the time of disbursement shall receive a one-time, non-pensionable stipend of one thousand four hundred dollars ($1,400.00). It is understood that said payment in the amount $1,400.00 shall be a non-pensionable and a non-recurring one-time payment. Any and all retroactive payments will be made to those eligible active employees that are currently on the City’s active payroll account as of the date of the disbursement of said funds. 3. Effective January 1, 2017, the base salary of all employees shall be increased by one thousand four hundred dollars ($1,400.00) over their 2016 base salary. Any and all retroactive payments will be made to those eligible active employees that are currently on the City’s active payroll account as of the date of the disbursement of said funds. 4. Effective January 1, 2018, the base salary of all employees shall be increased by one thousand six hundred dollars ($1,600.00) over their 2017 base salary. Any and all retroactive payments will be made to those eligible active employees that are currently on the City’s active payroll account as of the date of the disbursement of said funds. All terms and conditions set forth in an ordinance entitled “An ordinance creating positions in the Department of Public Safety and Department of Police and establishing salaries therefore,” (6S&FK) adopted May 4, 1977 and amendments hereto, and all terms and conditions which relate to the foregoing titles which are inconsistent herewith shall no longer be in effect. THE ABOVE CHANGES ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE BARGAINING UNTI AGREEMENT, WHERE APPLICABLE.
