Directing that Council President Mildred C. Crump appoint ad AD hoc Committee to study /review and provide recommendations to the Municipal Court and the Dept. of Engineering, Division of Code Enforcement, for a tracking system that will provide real time information to the Governing Body, on the status or adjudication of building code violations levied against landlords by the Division of Code Enforcement.
