Directing the Administration to review a testimony from Mr. George Tillman Sr., resident and former President of the Municipal’s Council’s Affirmative Action Committee and his concerns regarding the non-compliance of developers to utilize minority contractors, tradesmen and laborers as required in the City’s Affirmative Action Ordinance.
