Members shall remain at their current step placement for the duration of the Agreement. Instead of advancing to the next step within the salary range each January 1, the increases, if any shall be reflected in each employee’s current step. Effective January 1, 2017, the 2016 base salary of all employees shall be increased by 0%. Effective January 1, 2018, the 2017 base salary of all employees shall be increased by 0%. However, all eligible employees shall receive a one-time, stipend of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00)* Effective January 1, 2019, the 2018 base salary of all employees shall be increased by 2.0% Effective January 1, 2020, the 2019 base salary of all current active employees shall be increased by 2.5% Effective January 1, 2021, the 2020 base salary of all employees shall be increased by 2.0% Effective January 1, 2022, the 2021 base salary of all employees shall be increased by 2.0% Upon expiration of the contract, no base salary adjustments or salary increases to the base will be made until a successor agreement is reached. *Eligible employees are defined as those active employees who are on the payroll at the time that the disbursement is due. It is understood that said payment in the amount of $1,000.00 shall be a non-pensionable and a non-recurring one-time payment. All terms and conditions set forth in an ordinance entitled: “An ordinance creating positions in the Department of Economic & Housing Development and establishing salaries therefore”, (6S&FX) adopted July 16, 1986 and amendments thereto, and all terms and conditions which relate to the foregoing titles which are inconsistent herewith shall no longer be in effect.
