A motion requesting that the Administration and the Rent Control Board provide an update to the Municipal Council regarding Councilwoman McIver’s request that tenants of the Pavilion and Colonnade Apartment Buildings receive an appropriate compensation for the serious inconvenience they experienced (10 days of no heat and hot water) during the month of February.
