Original grant funds in the amount of $902,964.00 were accepted by the Municipal Council on April 20, 2016 by Resolution 7R4-a under FY 2015-2016 Local Safety Program, however, Bergen Street funds were never inserted in the budget. An Additional Award of $2,150,973.20, via Apply and Accept Resolution 7R3-a, adopted on December 1, 2021, provided a total grant award in the amount of $3,053,937.20. Funds accepted by Resolution 7R3-a, adopted on December 1, 2021. Operating Agency: Department of Engineering Two-Thirds vote of full membership required.
