Notwithstanding a good faith effort by the requesting department, the need has arisen in the Department of Public Works/Sanitation, as declared by Director Craig Smith for Demolition and Carting for properties located in Newark, New Jersey. Caravella is authorized to demolish and cart at 918 South 18th Street, Newark, New Jersey and 332 West Runyon Street, Newark, New Jersey.
