A motion requesting that New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) and New Jersey Transit (NJT), properly clean and maintain their properties located in the City of Newark, especially the exit and entrance ramps of Route 280, New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Route 1, leading into the City and properties surrounding the Conrail train tracks.
