Additionally, Resolution 7R11-b(S) adopted on July 14, 2021, also authorized application/acceptance of grant funds to develop Broadway Park. This amending Resolution will increase the grant funding by $5,660,000.00, supplementing underfunded portion of the project cost, previously estimated at $2,000,000.00, as per Resolution 7R11-b(S) adopted on July 14, 2021.
