A motion requesting that the Department of Public Works instruct its employees to become more diligent in the removal of debris spilled in the street from bulk pickup; in addition, he further requested that the department distribute informative literature, in several languages, to each household on the proper way to dispose of residential garbage and refuse on regular and bulk collection days.
