Resolution 7R2-g(AS) adopted on July 22, 2020, authorized a First Amendment to Agreement for Sale of Land and Redevelopment to update the Project description and permit a portion of the Project to be developed by 41 19th Ave Urban Renewal, LLC for the period of (12) to (24) months upon receiving the building permits. Resolution 7R2-d adopted on April 20, 2022, authorized a Second Amendment to Agreement for Sale of Land and Redevelopment to permit the financing necessary for the construction of (2) buildings consisting of (16) affordable housing units, along with commercial and community pace (1,600 SF) and (4) buildings consisting of (60) market rate residential rental units.
