RE: COMPARISON OF WATER RATE INCREASES BETWEEN PASSAIC VALLEY SEWERAGE COMMISSION VS THE JOINT RIVER COMMISSION Council Member Anibal Ramos, Jr., requested that the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities provide the Governing Body a comparison of the rate increases imposed over the past five (5) years by Passaic Valley Sewer Commission versus rate increases by the Joint River Commission.
