RE: Mr. Victor Cirilo, Executive Director, Newark Housing Authority (PRESENTATION) Council Members are requesting information on: · HUD housing regulations that allow HUD properties non-compliance with Local and State housing regulations. · Copies of the inspection reports for all Newark Housing Authority properties. · Provide if available, the criteria HUD uses for the inspection of properties, in addition to the timeline for correcting deficiencies. · Provide and explanation, if available, why the Bradley Court apartment complex has not had an inspection since 2020.
