RE: NUMBER OF POLICE VEHICLE-RELATED LAWSUITS CLAIMS FILED AGAINST THE CITY IN 2022 AND 2023. Council President LaMonica R. McIver requested the Administration provide the Governing Body with a report detailing the number of lawsuits and claims filed in 2022 and 2023 against the City of Newark for police involved traffic accidents. Include the dollar amount of each claim requested and the actual dollar paid out.
