How was 30% of the assessed value formula determined for the sale price? 2. What is the total square footage of the lot size? 3. Properties price per square foot. 4. Principals of Madison Investors, LLC. 5. Are the principals experienced in used car sales business? Councilman Gonzalez recommended EHD change its present sales and valuation policy and use the more current market values as the sales price, versus the assessed values of city-owned properties.
