Council Member Carlos M. Gonzalez requested a status report on the installation and completion of a citywide Audio Countdown Stop Lights project. Councilman Gonzalez requested to rollout the program to the entire City and requested the Department of Engineering provide an estimated cost and timeframe for the project.
