Council President McIver requested the Administration provide the Governing Body a comprehensive report on the status of the Consent Decree including: 1. Total number of years the City was under the Consent Decree Order? 2. The total dollar amount expended by the City satisfying the Consent Decree Order? 3. When will the City no longer be under the Consent Decree Order?
