A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering, Office of UCC, Building Division, provide an update regarding the properties that were recently brought to the attention of the UCC Office by Council Members, for alleged illegal construction, conversions and permit violations; furthermore, include in the report copies of the most recent court documents for each property.
