A motion requesting that the Department of Health and Community Wellness, the Office of Homeless Services and the Department of Engineering, Division of Inspections and Enforcement, coordinate their efforts to eliminate or monitor the various organizations that provide feeding services for the homeless population at Peter Francisco Park and the failure of those organizations to remove their debris afterwards.
