A motion requesting that the Department of Public Safety provide to the Governing Body a report on the recently enacted “Clear Zone Ordinance” and an opinion on its effectiveness towards reducing loitering, and whether it should be modified or discontinued; furthermore, requesting data on the number of recorded stops and/or arrests as a result of the ordinance.
