A motion requesting that the Police Department enforce illegal double parking on Broad Street, between Clay and Clark Streets, especially between the evening rush hours of 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, to improve traffic flow and for the Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals to prohibit any parking on Broad Street, between Clay and Clark Streets, during 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
