Kelly Additional Information: Original Resolution 7R8-m(AS) adopted on August 2, 2017, authorized a ceremonial street designation for Mrs. Blanche Judkins. Due to the recent passing of Mr. Theordore Judkins, this amendment will modify the ceremonial street designation to rename the intersection Theordore and Blanche Judkins Way.
