Re: Real estate law firms compensation for 2023 The Municipal Council held discussions regarding the law firms contracted by the city. Councilman Ramos requested that the Law Department provide the Governing Body with the total dollar amount expended in 2023 to the law firm DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole and Giblin, LLP for real estate legal services. In addition, provide a list of the law firms the City has contracted in 2023 for real estate services and the total dollar amount expended for their contracts.
