A motion requesting that the Municipal Courts and the Department of Engineering, Office of UCC, Building Division, provide an update regarding properties that were recently brought to the attention of the UCC Office by Council Members for alleged illegal construction, conversions and permit violations; furthermore, include in the report copies of the most recent court documents for each property.
