Gonzalez made a request that the Administration provide information on which City Agency will monitor and ensure City owned properties, once sold, maintain their affordability status. In addition, Council Member Anibal Ramos, Jr. requested a listing of City-owned properties currently under lease agreements including the respective terms and annual costs.
