Re: 7R2-e Private Sale/Development Council Member Anibal Ramos Jr. made a request that the Administration include the following additional information when submitting legislation for the sale of city owned property; 1) The number of Letters of Intent a property received over the past 5 years. 2) The process for consideration when accepting a LOI 3) How each successful entity is selected when several inquiries have been made for the same property. To date, information has yet to be received. In addition, he made a request regarding 108 Broad Street, and seeking answers to the above referenced items.
