This Settlement Agreement and General Release (Agreement) , Dated this ___ day of, 2025 is made by the “Parties,” consisting of Batta Environmental Associates, Inc., AKA Batta Laboratories LLC., 6 Garfield Way, Newark, DE 19713 and the City of Newark, with its principal place of business located at 110 William Street, Room 206, Newark, New Jersey 07102 (“City”) (collectively, “Parties”), to settle any and all claims relating to outstanding invoice for lead dust wipes analysis rendered in 2019 through 2024.
