This Settlement Agreement and Release, dated this day of ___2025 is made by the parties, consisting of United Community Corporation, 332-334 South 8th Street, Newark, New Jersey, 07103, hereinafter vendor, and the City of Newark , New Jersey to settle any and all claims which the business entity has or may have against the City of Newark, its departments, divisions, agents or representatives arising out of outstanding payments, for June 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025 stemming from services provided to the City of Newark’s Mayor’s Office/Office of Homeless Services, against the City for overdue and outstanding payments due to vendor for its representation of the City and its agents.
