Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, and for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the design and construction of the Grandview Photography Park in Mt. Washington; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.
