Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, with Enel X Advisory Services USA, LLC (“Enel X”), for energy evaluation and consultant services in connection with the City’s aggregated purchase of electricity supply along with the members of the Western Pennsylvania Energy Consortium (“WPEC”) for a term of six (6) years, at no additional cost to the City.
