AN ORDINANCE relating to the City Light Department (“City Light”), the Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Seattle Department of Transportation; declaring certain real property rights to be surplus to the needs of City Light; and transferring jurisdiction of certain properties located in the Georgetown neighborhood in Section 29, Township 24 N, Range 4 E, from the City Light Department to the Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation and to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
