To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a construction contract with JLD Construction Services LLC and Travco Construction Inc. for the 2026 Water Main Repairs project; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation between projects within the Water Bond Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $2,625,508.60 for the project; and to declare an emergency.
