Front Street, Columbus, OH 43215, to serve on the Gravity II New Community Authority Board of Trustees as the local government representative member, in his official capacity, with a term expiration date of December 16, 2027, but shall continue to hold over into one or more subsequent terms until a local government representative is duly appointed to serve for the remainder of such term or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by this Council.
