The Resolution inadvertently stated that the contract amount was not to exceed $150,000.00 for the entire contract period. The intended authorization was for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 per year. This amendment corrects that clerical error. All other terms and conditions of Resolution 7R1-c shall remain unchanged.
