Quintana requested that the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities provide the number of actual change orders accepted by the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities. Municipal Council requested the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities appear before the council in a future meeting for discussion of the above referenced legislation.
