To authorize and direct the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to enter into contract with StepMobile, LLC pursuant to the provisions of sole source procurement for implementation and use of the Ohio Community Supervision System Shared Case Management System; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $130,000.00 from the Municipal Court Computer Fund.
