To amend the 2019 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the Director of Finance and Management to enter into a contract on behalf of the Office of Construction Management with RW Setterlin Building Company for the demolition and replacement of the Roberts Road Outpost for the Public Service Department; to authorize the transfer of $11,156,970.50 within the Street and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $11,156,970.50 from the Street and Highways Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
