To authorize Columbus City Council to enter into a grant agreement with Stonewall Columbus in support of programming that advances social justice and the ability to achieve sustainable pathways out of poverty; to authorize an appropriation and expenditure within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; and to declare an emergency.
