This legislation authorizes the transfer of $220,835.00 in Fund 2207 from the Department of Development to the Department of Neighborhoods; authorizes the City Auditor to establish a certificate in the amount of $220,835.00 for grant awards to Columbus area 501c3 nonprofit organizations to administer summer youth employment opportunities connecting low-income city boys and young men of color between the ages of 14 and 24 with career exploration and paid work experience; to authorize the expenditure of up to $220,835.00 from CARES Act fund; to declare an emergency.
