To amend the 2020 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of cash and appropriation between projects within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into agreements with, and provide funding to, the City of Bexley relative to the development of the Bexley and Berwick Joint Livingston Avenue Plan; to authorize the expenditure of up to $79,500.00 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
