To amend the 2020 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of funds and appropriation within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with G&G Concrete Construction, LLC for the CelebrateOne Sidewalk - Near South (Deshler from 18th Street to Lockbourne Avenue) and Operation Sidewalks - Celebrate1 Sidewalk - Near South (Kossuth - Carpenter to Linwood) projects; to authorize the expenditure of up to $2,271,607.24 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund for the projects; and to declare an emergency.
