To authorize the Director of Public Service to renew the contract with Ohio Business Systems, Inc. for cost per copy repair and maintenance services for copiers at Division of Refuse Collection facilities; to authorize the expenditure of $12,500.00 from the General Fund for the third year of a three year contract; and to declare an emergency.
