To amend the 2022 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of appropriation and cash in the Department of Technology, Information Services Capital Improvement Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Department of Technology, to establish a purchase order with Granicus, Inc. to migrate the City’s webpage content to a new enterprise content management system; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of City Code; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,566,608.00 for the above described purpose; and to declare an emergency.
